This should say it all for this dealership and their service department. I own an ARIYA 2024 and just bought a charging adapter. Returning home from Dartmouth Hitchcock cardiology appt and stopped to charge at Berlin exit Comfort Inn. Plugged in the adapter and Tesla super charger and 3 hours later with a failed charge could not disconnect the charger from my car ( found a way) then could not disconnect adapter from Tesla charger. It was pouring rain and cold and I called Formula Nissan. Without knowing me the Service Manager drove to my location and was able to release the adapter. Complete kindness and caring so wonderful!!! The Formula Nissan staff were awesome. I told them I wanted to trade my 2023 RAV4 for a shorter car. They suggested a 2025 Nissan Kicks, which they furnished me for a test drive. I drove home to check if it was easier to drive out of my garage. The trade price allowed me to purchase the auto without any more cash. They had to order the car with the desired color and safety features. The vehicle came when they said it would. I am fully satisfied.

They did a great job on my brakes and got it done quickly, they were very helpful and informative.

Informative, responsive and reliable

I had a great time, having conversations with the gentleman in the showroom while looking for a new to me, vehicle.

They responded pretty quickly regarding availability.

Definitely a used car dealership feel. The person we felt with was friendly, but he kept trying to excuse the appearance of the car as,”well this is what you’re going to get for this year”. Also, wasn’t too keen on dickering with the price.

At the front end, I was quite pleased with my experience with Formula Nissan in Barre, VT. However, over a couple weeks I had to follow up on my insurance because they didn't do the transfer, had to bring my brand new 2025 Kicks back because the heater wasn't working properly and they led me to believe I would be responsible for the service cost (I wasn't charged, but it wasn't handled with customer care) and I feel I was taken on my trade. They claimed my Murano was very low value, but turned around and listed on their web site for much more. I understand the need to make money, but they could have easily shared the gain to help avoid an extreme new car payment. I was left with the impression they care more about making money than treating customers fairly. On the upside, Nissan vehicles sell themselves as I have been a long time Nissan owner and love my new Kicks.
